Our superb accommodation is set in this idyllic tranquil setting on the banks of the River Leven with breath taking scenery yet close enough to the popular resorts of Bowness, Windermere and Hawkshead a short drive away.

All our cottages and apartments are self contained and fully equipped. There is no need to bring bedding, towels, crockery or cutlery. The modern kitchens have fridge/freezers, dishwashers, washer/dryers, double ovens, microwaves, Nespresso machines, toasters and kettles. The lounge and dining areas offer seating for all, flatscreen TVs with Sky channels, limited Freeview channels and popular viewing apps pre-loaded.

Our visitor hub – the Coach House – contains a plethora of visitor information as well as a library of books and DVDs, jigsaws, games etc to further help you unwind. Our helpful team are on hand daily during office hours should you need any further assistance or indeed book to stay with us again..
