A non-refundable deposit of 20%
of the rental is payable at the time of booking.
The balance is payable six weeks prior to the holiday
commencement date.
The rental must be paid in full if the reservation is made within
six weeks of the holiday.
No refunds will be made by the company.
Rental Periods are for 7 nights commencing Saturday or Sunday except*.
Accommodation available from 4.00p.m.
on day of arrival
and vacated by 10.00a.m. on day of departure.
It is requested that guests refrain from smoking in the accommodation.
